November 26, 2009 marks the one-year anniversary of the Mumbai terror attacks. JTA reports that Mumbai’s Chabad Center will hold a memorial service for the six Jews who were killed, including Chabad Rabbi Gavriel Holtzberg and his wife, Rebbetzin Rivkah Holtzberg. According to JTA, thousands of people representing several religions are expected to attend the memorial. JTA also reports that the Holtzberg’s surviving son, Moshe, will be receiving his ritual first haircut, upshirin, during the memorial.
