Kaine a Strong Choice for DNC Chair

Today NJDC issued this ststement from our chairman Marc R. Stanley and Executive Director Ira N. Forman:

Governor Tim Kaine (D-VA) is a strong choice for Chairman of the Democratic National Committee (DNC). Kaine’s leadership at the DNC will ensure that Democrats hold on to the gains made during the 2006 and 2008 elections. This selection shows that the DNC will build upon the incredible grassroots organizing strategies that were developed by outgoing DNC Chairman Governor Howard Dean.
