Kagan Receives Highest Rating for Judicial Nominees from ABA

Kagan was deemed “well-qualified” by unanimous vote. This is another important endorsement for Kagan, who recently earned the support of 69 law school deans.
Kagan’s confirmation hearings begin Monday, June 28.
