Remembering Fred Baron

We mourn the loss of Frederick M. "Fred" Baron of Dallas, TX.

Fred was a great friend and supporter of NJDC, as well as the Democratic Party.

During this election cycle, Fred served as the National Finance Chairman for John Edwards’s presidential bid.

As Marc R. Stanley, a longtime friend and Chairman of NJDC told The Dallas Morning News today, "Fred is a guy who changed the world, cared about helping people and wasn't in it for himself."

The Baron family has asked that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Texas Democratic Trust at www.texasdemocratictrust.com or the Lance Armstrong Foundation at www.livestrong.org.
