Haaretz, The Jerusalem Post, and JTA are reporting, “U.N. backs off claim Israel struck Gaza school.” Wow.

Remember when Ban Ki-moon, U.N. Secretary-General said, ”[This attack] totally unacceptable and must not be repeated”? Now it seems, ”[t]he United Nations has reversed its stance” and the attack “did not hit a United Nations Relief and Works Agency school after all.” Well, it certainly won’t be repeated.

Now that the U.N. has reversed its stance, maybe the U.N. can reverse its words.

Also, it looks like Hamas is stealing U.N. Gaza aid. On Saturday, Hamas said, “aid should not be linked to unfair conditions.” Is this what Hamas meant?
